DNS Software Ltd. has signed a software contract with PRiSMA Digital Ltd. for developing Web-based Application to enhance PRiSMA Call Log System.

DNS Software Ltd. has signed a contract with University Press Ltd. (UPL) for development of dynamic web page for UPL's publications and on-line order processing.

April 2003:
DNS SatComm Ltd. makes alliance with SpeedCast, Hong Kong for two way satellite communication service and one way DVB service in Bangladesh.

March 2003:

DNS SatComm Limited has obtained the licence from Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) to establish and operate the first satellite earth station (VSAT Hub), which is expected to be the key infrastructure for ICT activities in Bangladesh. Mr. Syed Marghub Morshed, Chairman of BTRC handed over the licence to DNS authority in a simple ceremony at hotel Sheraton. Dr. Abdul Moyeen Khan, Honorable Minister for Science and Information and Communication Technology was present in the occassion as chief guest while

renowned IT personality and Vice Chancellor of BRAC University Prof. Jamilur Reza Choudhury was present as special guest.

February 2003:
Henry Au Yeung, Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong based communications company Corporate Access (CA) has visited Bangladesh during February 25 to February 28. Corporate Access, previously known as Hutchison Corporate Access, is top-notch global integrated communication provider for large enterprises.
        BDTel Communication Ltd. as a local partner of CA is catering satellite-based data communication services to the leading banks, multi-national companies, International NGOs, other large corporations and ISPs in Bangladesh for last couple years.
       
January 2003:
Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) awarded Domestic Data Communication Service Provider (DDCSP) licence to Delta Network System Ltd.

The annual conference of DNS Group for 2002 was held on January 1-3 at its Banani Office. The chairperson of DNS Group Mrs. Mohsina Kabir inaugurated while Mr. Rafel Kabir, Managing Director alos addressed. Prof Mohammad Kaykobad spoke on the occasion.
